Ace of Arenas has several different currencies that can be used for various purposes. This guide will detail each type of currency, how to get it, and what to do with it.

What is it? Edit

Credit is not exactly a currency; it is more like a display of your progress in the game. Your global rank among all players of Ace of Arenas is decided by the amount of Credit you have. The more Credit, the higher your rank. You can view your Credit on the main menu, listed at the bottom left corner below your user name.

Credit Friend

If you are friends with another player, you can view that player’s Credit (as well as your own) by tapping “Rank” on the main menu, then tapping your friend’s name on the right side of the screen.

How do I get it? Edit

You earn Credit by participating in battles. Credit is granted at the end of each battle, whether you win or lose. There is a limit to the amount of Credit you can gain in each game mode. You won’t be able to reach the topmost ranks by playing only against bots!

How do I use it? Edit

Credit is not used to buy anything in the game; it only determines your rank. Your rank is displayed at the bottom right corner of the main menu; you gain a rank with every 100 points of Credit. Credit is never lost, only gained.

Gold Edit

Gold is a currency that is gained through battles and can be used to purchase things in the in-game Store. You can view your Gold by tapping “Store” on the main menu; your Gold is displayed at the top right corner of the screen.

How do I get it? Edit

You can earn Gold in several different ways. The first is, of course, by playing the game. Participating in battles against other players will award you Gold whether you win or lose, though you will receive more if you win. Each day, the first time you win a battle, you will earn an extra 150 Gold on top of any other rewards you earned from that battle.

Another way to earn Gold is through daily login. Claim your daily login reward on the 6th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 21st, 24th, and 29th days to add more Gold to your coffers!

Finally, Gold can be found in Chests. Tap “Store” on the main menu, then tap “Chest”. Every day, you are entitled to a free Bronze Chest, which may contain Gold as well as many other prizes. You may open extra Bronze Chests by paying Diamonds. Golden Chests may also contain Gold, but always cost Diamonds to open, since their rewards are much greater.

How do I use it? Edit

Gold can be used to purchase certain Champions in the Store. Note that not all Champions can be purchased with Gold. You can also use your Gold to buy certain Gems, which, when properly equipped, can greatly increase your Champions’ power.

Feat Edit

What are they? Edit

Feat is a currency that is given as reward for doing Daily Quests. Every day your Feat total is reset so you need to exchange all the Feat you have on the same day you get it. Your amount of this currency is shown when you see the daily quests, that are shown by tapping the shield with exclamation icon.

How do I get them? Edit

You get them only by doing Daily Quests. The total amount of Feat that can be earned in a day is 440 Feat, although you can only spend 400 every day.

How do I use them? Edit

On the Daily Quest screen you can exchange your feat by tapping the gift box at the top right of the screen. Getting anything from the gift box costs 100 Feat. There are 4 options for spending feat: 2 Champion Shards, 2 Skin Shards, 2 Weapon Shards or 2 Universal Talent Stones.

Shards Edit

What are they? Edit

Shards are alternatives currencies that can be used to buy champions, skins or weapons. There are three types of them: Champion Shards, that you exchange for champions, Skin Shards, that you exchange for skins, and Weapon Shards, used to buy weapons. Not all champions, skins and weapon can be bought iwth them.

How do I get them? Edit

You buy them with Feat. 2 Shards of any type cost 100 Feat.

How do I use them? Edit

On the Daily Quest screen, tap "Shard Shop". It is at the right of the gift box icon. On Shard Shop you can buy some of the game champions, skins and weapons.

Coins Edit

Coins are earned in battle by defeating enemies and can be used to buy temporary items to strengthen your Champion. Coins do not carry over between battles; each time you start a new battle, your Coin total will be reset. Coins are displayed at the top left corner of your screen while you are participating in a battle.

How do I get them? Edit

You start with 450 Coins at the beginning of each battle. Each time you defeat an enemy unit—whether it’s a minion, a Champion, a turret, or a monster—you will receive a certain number of Coins. You can also gain Coins by selling any equipment you’ve already bought in a battle.

How do I use them? Edit

Coins Purchase

Coins are used to purchase equipment that will grant a Champion various benefits for a single battle. To buy equipment in a battle, tap the icon that looks like a bag of money at the top left corner of the screen. Select the item you want and tap “Purchase” at the bottom right corner of the screen. The item will be immediately applied to your Champion and will last until the end of the battle, or until you sell it.

Coins Sell

To sell an item, enter the Purchase interface as described above and select an item you have previously purchased. Tap the “Sell” button, and the item will be removed. Coins equal to the item’s value will be added to your Coin total, and you may immediately use those Coins to buy a different item. There is no Coin penalty for selling an item; you will always be able to sell an item for the same amount of Coins it cost to buy.

Coins Recommended

Certain items are marked as Recommended for certain Champions. A Recommended item’s icon will appear below the money bag icon as soon as you have enough Coins to purchase it. Tap the item’s icon, and you will immediately buy the item without having to enter the Purchase menu. This can save precious time during hectic battles!

Certain game functions, such as resetting a Champion’s Talents, must be paid for with Diamonds as well. Diamonds Add

You can get Diamonds by paying for them through microtransactions. To buy Diamonds, first tap “Store” on the main menu, then tap the small green “+” icon next to your Diamond total.

Diamonds Purchase

This will bring up a screen displaying a number of different Diamond packages. Select the package you want and tap the price button beneath it. You will be prompted to verify your account; once you’ve done so, the Diamonds you purchased will be added to your total.

Completing the tutorial will grant you a reward of 50 Diamonds. You will be prompted to play through the tutorial when you first begin the game, but if you choose to skip it, you can claim your Diamond reward at any time by tapping “Play”, then tapping the Tutorial button at the bottom of the screen. You can only claim this reward once.

Diamonds Facebook

Another way to earn Diamonds is by linking your game account to Facebook. When you log into the game, there will be a Facebook button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap this button to link your account to your Facebook page, and you will earn 20 Diamonds as a reward. You can only do this once.

Finally, you can earn Diamonds through daily login. Claim your daily login reward on the 3rd, 11th, 15th, 18th, and 30th days to add more Diamonds to your coffers!

How do I use them? Edit

Diamonds can be used to buy a wide variety of things in the game, as well as unlock certain game functions. Most champions, as well as Champion skins and weapons, can be bought with Diamonds. Icons, higher-rank Gems, and extra Gem Pages must be purchased with Diamonds as well.

If you wish to change your user name, you must pay Diamonds to do so. Reforging Gems also costs Diamonds, and so does resetting your Talent Stones. There is also a Diamond fee for starting a Clan.
